For our client, a media company based in Munich, we are filling the following position on a permanent basis:

Product Owner Salesforce Reporting (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenprofil

• Responsible for the topic of reporting for Customer Service and Supply Chain as part of the Salesforce implementation
• Responsible for the requirements of operational colleagues
• Define and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria and prepare and participate in PI planning
• Participate in team demo and retrospective and program level ceremonies, e.g. Inspect & Adapt and PI/Solution demo
• Responsible for creating a data blueprint and driving implementation
• Creation of datasets and reports in Power BI and Tableau

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or economics or comparable training
• 2-4 years of professional experience as Salesforce Analyst, Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Operations Manager preferably in a large company
• Experience in Power BI (visualization, datasets, DAX, Power Query, SQL) as well as in data modeling (Star Schema)
• Experience in agile development methodologies, ideally as a product owner
• Ability to work with various stakeholders on defining and communicating requirements
• Very good command of written and spoken English
