Salesforce Professional Services is looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving, thinking creatively, and are interested in growing their business analysis and technical abilities in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team focused on delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions. You will wear many hats and support critical activities including requirements capturing, configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. Our Business Analysts work alongside senior team members to help design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your abilities.

We are currently hiring Salesforce Business Analysts to join our team!

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements capturing, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support gathering, understanding, and defining business requirements
  • Document future state business processes
  • Write user stories for future state business processes
  • Assist in solutioning and configuring user stories
  • Participate in the delivery of solution demos
  • Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Document and complete deployment steps for Go Live
  • Provide support post Go Live

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to develop client or business solutions
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow their technical and functional abilities
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Desire to work on enterprise cloud implementations and learn new technologies, specifically Salesforce
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Travel varies with consultant preference and client requirements
  • A clearance may be required. Therefore, at this time we can only accept candidates who are clearable up to a secret clearance.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CRM tools a plus
  • Experience collaborating with business partners
  • Experience with Jira and Lucidchart
  • Understanding of the Agile Methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Salesforce Certification (Admin, Sales / Service / Experience Cloud, or Platform App Builder)
