About this Opportunity
As Mid-level Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at MillerKnoll. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.

What You'll Do
You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as someone who . . .

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Technical documentation
  • User support tickets


Sound Like You?
You might be just who we’re looking for if you have . . .


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales/Service cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
