Tasks
Examine customer journey-relevant data and suggest CRM communication channels & content
Analyze existing data and automate processes with regards to segmentation and channel orchestration
Enable automated data flow about customer segments and process these data further
Creating dashboards based on data and KPIs
Support in Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related projects including its strategic setup, data analysis and its benchmarking
Collaborate with a global marketing team and agency partners to organize and extend upgraded digital campaigns

Requirements

Bring with you:
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Digitally native communications professional with minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Have:
Strong analytical and communication skills with a KPI-driven mindset
Fluent English and German language skills
