JOB DESCRIPTION

A client based out of Sarasota is looking for 3 fully remote Salesforce Administrators to add to their team. They are looking for a general salesforce admin, one who specializes in CPQ, and one who specialized in FSL for a well rounded team to build out and support Salesforce within their organization. There is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth as they are preparing to launch a huge salesforce initiatives that will encompass many projects and require flexibility and strong problem solving abilities.

These roles would support the organization by becoming a key asset to the Salesforce team and assisting in the growth and maturity of the organization. In addition, they would be helping to prioritize and manage ticket, developer, and project queue; they would be responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com; this includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and integrity; configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com; engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency; identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs, and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes; develop and implement training for end-users as well as create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce.com business applications. They would also partner with the additional business units within our organization to determine viability to scale our resources by supporting the design of a Center of Excellence and troubleshoot essential implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to a successful resolution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

All 3 roles require the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or similar field, or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, in an administrator role OR 2+ years in a Salesforce consulting role
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications OR 2+ years in a Salesforce consulting role required
o For General Admin - Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are preferred
o For CPQ Specialist - CPQ and App Builder very highly preferred
o FOR FSL Specialist – FSL certification very highly preferred
  • 2+ years in project management and execution with Agile frameworks (scrum, Kanban, backlog)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
  • Previous experience working, and leading, in an agile environment
  • Experience supporting applications within and outside of CRM and ERP platforms
  • Ability to utilize Teams/SharePoint to create workflows, forms, documentation, and general support applications
  • Experience in business analysis/defining business and/or data requirements

CPQ Specialist Additional Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administrative experience and in configuring and managing SFDC Sales Cloud, Case Management, CPQ, Electronic Signature, Document Generation Tools, Data Loader, and Data integrations are highly preferred OR 2+ years in a Salesforce consulting role
  • Experience in a complex B2C Salesforce org with multiple Salesforce clouds and packages.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows.

FSL Specialist Additional Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administrative experience and in configuring and managing SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Community Portals, Data Loader, Data Integrations, and Zenkraft are highly preferred
  • Experience in a complex B2C Salesforce org with multiple Salesforce clouds and packages with an Omni-Channel customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, and Flows.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • 2+ years in a Salesforce consulting role
  • Degree in information technology or related field
  • Experience in business analyst, data analyst, product owner, people leader roles
  • 3+ Salesforce Certifications (Sales, Service, Community/Experience, Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ, FSL, etc.)
  • Working Knowledge with Salesforce Classic and Lightning, Flows, VF, and Azure DevOps
  • Project Management Certification (agile and scrum preferred)
  • ERP exposure/experience (Deltek highly preferred)
