Seargin is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer

The main tasks for the Salesforce Administrator / Developer will be:

• Configuring and developing Salesforce.com (declarative and code-based) and testing of developments from external partners
• Providing support for key users and end-users of the global salesforce org
• Integrating with other systems, controlling, and troubleshooting
• Advising, supporting, and providing applications for regional salesforce teams
• Setting up, testing, and maintaining additional tools and services for the global salesforce environment like a backup of data and metadata and application monitoring
• Working closely with the other CRM & Application team members in Madrid and in Zürich (Switzerland)
• Cooperating and sharing knowledge with the regional salesforce teams around the globe

The Candidate should have:

• Certified Salesforce Developer with a practical background in the development of Salesforce.com
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with a practical background in the operation of Salesforce.com including user support
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:

• Knowledge of Spanish
