A pharmaceutical company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Salesforce Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst for a great Remote opportunity with their staff. In this role, the Salesforce Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders within the company.

Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst (Remote) will:???????
  • Work closely with the Operations, Sales, Product Managers as well as other organizational SMEs to develop and document processes, requirements, and specifications for Salesforce applications
  • Analyze, research, and gather support for requirements and product decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and releasing high impact solutions that meet core objectives to drive key results for diverse business units
  • Drive clarity across the organization and ensure project visibility to stakeholders
  • Gather, develop, and analyze business requirements for solution design on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Document, review, and approve Business Requirements Document and Functional Specification with Key Business Stakeholders
  • Provide Gap and Impact analysis, define user stories, develop test cases and create and maintain functional/technical design documentation
  • Provide support for production and incident management
  • Support and train end-users as well as, develop and maintain training documentation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Business Stakeholders and IT
  • Remain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new feature and functionality, where feasible
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of comparable Internal Product or Internet Product Management experience, including both B2B and/or B2C Product Management
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Expertise with Salesforce
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
