We are seeking a Data Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs.

What You’ll Do:
Analyst will be responsible for managing Salesforce data, processes, and operations.

Manage database and internal tools updates based on stakeholder requests.

Execute and resolve day-to-day tasks that enable the team to run efficiently.

Co-own/support end-to-end development of data quality workflows.

Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.

Be a key point of contact for business stakeholders on all questions and requests related to Salesforce.

Work closely with the Salesforce admin team to facilitate changes in Salesforce at scale; check changes requested for accuracy.

Must-Haves:
4+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, and/or business operations in the technology/Internet or media space.

2+ years of practical experience querying SQL databases.

Proficient with Salesforce (especially with Data loader) or other CRM tools.

Advanced SQL knowledge and Excel skills.

Proven stakeholder management experience - including managing multiple cross-functional partners simultaneously.

Tableau experience.

Salesforce Admin Certification.

Advanced Excel ( VLOOKUP, Pivot Charts, formulas)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Menlo Park, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
