Salesforce Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading project team delivery of a solution to the customer using the appropriate methodology, business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project contact and status to the customer.

Other responsibilities include: Support the business with planning for opportunities to grow the business.
Support the business with planning for opportunities to grow the business, Contract Management, authoring SOW, Change requests, and revenue forecasts.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $92,000 to $174,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing delivery of complex or cross line of business engagements (ISV package implementations / large scale transformation)
• Experience managing mixed teams (onshore/offshore, subcontractor) resources
• Strong organizational skills and effective problem solver
• Consulting talent that possesses functional expertise in both Salesforce and Adobe platform solutions

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Salesforce Admin. Certification or PMI certification or PMP certification or SAFe Agile
