Experience of working on salesforce application as Project Master

Nice to have Hands-on knowledge of development, QA, integration, data migration , deployment , Implementation process

Experience handling change management (CR) process

Exposure to various tools like JIRA, Azure pipeline

Managing and review of QA practices

Knowledge of Agile methodology, scrum ceremonies

Understands salesforce Best Practice

Work with disparate teams - effectively lead cross functional teams

Experience with - Project Estimation ,Team Management, Conflict handling

Prepare Statements of Work (SoW) , resolve critical path issues, manage client relationships, mitigate risks

Deliver quality results consistently on time and within budget
