The Sales Operations Salesforce Administrator supports the Sales and Marketing organizations. You will be collaborating with these organizations and iA’s top level Salesforce Administrator, to optimize the sales teams effectiveness with marketing, lead generation, opportunity tracking and reporting. You will also collaborate across the organization and with executive level leadership on cross-functional initiatives to scope work and execute on deliverables.


This is a hands-on, builder role that requires thorough knowledge of Salesforce’s CRM solution and related elements of iA’s Marketing Stack. Experience with Salesforce’s CPQ tool is highly desirable.



Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Limited To) The Following


  • Perform Salesforce.com support and reporting across all processes related to the deployment of Salesforce Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract and Subscription, Renewals, Support and Partner/Customer Portal
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM solution and the related tools and functionality required by the Sales and Marketing organizations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Create and manage all aspects of users’ security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Manage global Salesforce.com business applications across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other organizations by resolving tickets in the help desk support queue, treating logged issues, and coordinating escalations as necessary
  • Integrate data with iA’s major systems for improved visibility and reporting capabilities
  • Document knowledge base articles and system process flows
  • Ensure that requests from the business organization are effectively qualified, prioritized and executed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and experience working closely with sales and marketing teams, ideally having supported the full marketing and Q2C lifecycle in the past
  • 3+ years implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce’s CRM
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, Outreach or similar complimentary tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to translate the wants and needs of the Sales organization to relevant and usable information

Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities
