The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for a Salesforce (SF) platform. This role is tactically focused on the execution of SF-related tasks and to help guide Siteimprove to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce.


  • Collect requirements from stakeholders, document, prioritize and implement those requirements in collaboration with the relevant areas of the business
  • Review data insights to identify business challenges and identify the best solution to implement
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Responsible for user management, including granting access and access removal
  • Documents and helps govern SF processes, programs and procedures
  • Part of the team responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems in Salesforce, including escalating and tracking problems appropriately
  • Standardizes, cleanses and uploads approved external data into the SF platform
  • Train end users on how to accomplish basic tasks within the SF platform
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


What We Require of You


  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar Salesforce role
  • Certified in Salesforce administrator, or the willingness to become certified
  • Valid Passport
  • Travel as needed; may include weekend


What We'll Love About You


  • 3+ years of working experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing
  • Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
  • One or more years of experience in sales process development, sales organization development and SF adoption best practices
  • Experience with the following tools: Copa.do or Provar,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative solutions and business decisions
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
  • Strong sales analytics skills
  • Advanced process diagramming skills (e.g. Visio)
