Your responsibilities

  • For our new Scientific Solutions organization founded by Olympus, we are hiring an experienced Product Lead SFDC to join our dynamic European Scientific Solutions Team. Based in Hamburg and starting in April 2022, our new experienced Scientific Solutions organization will build a strong customer-focused Olympus subsidiary striving for sustainable growth.

  • You are accountable for improving our digital solutions for Sales & Service in EMEA focusing on Salesforce technology
  • You steer the EMEA-wide developments in your area of responsibility
  • You support the global SFDC lead in the analysis of the as-is salesforce landscape on a global level in order to derive a global salesforce strategy
  • You challenge the way things are happening and try to offer improvements in a pragmatic way
  • You steer the product in EMEA which has high management attention and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • You are accountable for stable application operations by utilizing an offshore IT supplier

Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Information Systems, Business Informatics or a similar education as qualified IT specialist
  • You have a strong background in Salesforce technology, preferably Service, Sales & Marketing Cloud
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner
  • Experience in agile methods, in leading and managing international projects
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Understanding of business KPIs and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, intercultural competence and a sense for diplomacy
  • You have excellent communication, advisory and stakeholder management skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • You have strong analytical skills, a quick grasp and strong (self-)organizational skills
