As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You’ll use your expertise in Salesforce to lead change management processes while ensuring that our Salesforce instance meets the evolving needs of our fully remote organization and users. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Enterprise Cloud functionality and configuration, exceptional systems-thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with GTM teams.

How you'll make an impact:

System Configuration and Customization

  • Customize Salesforce to align with organizational processes and workflows.

  • Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.

Integration and Data Management

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow.

  • Oversee data quality, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration activities.

  • Monitor and maintain data backups and data integrity within Salesforce.

User Training and Support

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their utilization of Salesforce features and functionality.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements.

Automation and Process Improvement

  • Implement and maintain automation processes using flows.

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains within Salesforce.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Design and develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize platform capabilities.

  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations in Salesforce usage and administration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS business

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems and improve the performance of complex projects.

  • Ability to identify data inaccuracies and diagnose and own the development of solutions to correct disparities.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-growth startup environment and comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity—which you’ll help eliminate.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams by understanding requirements, desired outcomes, and limitations to drive meaningful and measurable results.

  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Alignment with Limble’s MAS TACOS core values.

Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
