Salesforce Consultant

Hagerty Consulting, Inc., a nationally recognized, comprehensive homeland security and emergency management consulting firm focused on helping clients prepare for and recover from disasters, has immediate needs for support in California. We are looking for high-performing consultants for deployments up to six months+ for a variety of positions in support of Statewide disaster operations with applied experience in incident management, planning, long-term community recovery, housing, and disaster recovery programs. Work locations may include Sacramento or field offices across the State.

Job Description:
The Salesforce Data Analyst will support the project team in developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce platforms and processes to align with and support resource allocation operations. The Salesforce Data Analyst will work closely with the project team to identify and develop processes related to the identification and prioritization of resource needs, alignment with resource availability, and deployment of resources, as well as develop reporting mechanisms to track daily allocation metrics. The Salesforce Data Analyst will train team members on the proper use of Salesforce in daily operations. The Salesforce Data Analyst will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platform.
