Abbott Diabetes Care have an exciting position available for a Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) Business Analyst to join the team and provide important insights to the business.

Primary Objective of Position
To provide insights through data analysis in order to continue towards the definition of and progress against ADC strategies.


Major Accountabilities
  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Develop, manage and maintain KPIs and dashboards to facilitate performance monitoring and assessment to improve business knowledge.
  • Develop, manage and maintain data sources to ensure that systems are up-to-date and available to interrogate as required.
  • Tracking sales force effectiveness and analysing outcomes. Reporting to include market share growth, customer development, progress against current strategy, and coverage and frequency of time dedicated to target accounts.
  • From analysis of reports provide solutions to improve performance Utilise information provided by the broader business to enable better decision-making, to include annual segmentation process.
  • Develop product and competitor knowledge, and awareness of market environment. Providing detailed competitor intelligence back to the business
  • Prepare market analysis and sales reports as requested for both the UK and EMEA organisation
  • Support Sales Director and Training, Development and SFE Manager, UK and Ireland in customer segmentation and targeting work across teams.
  • Support sales Director and training, Development and SFE Manager in key SFE projects
  •  Develop appropriate systems and reporting methodologies to respond to the information needs of management and the commercial team, providing targeted reports and presentations elaborating on individual and UK/Ireland performance on a monthly basis and for1:1 management reviews and periodic Business Reviews.

Education 
Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Background in Sales is highly de

  • Analytical individual with demonstrable examples
  • Commercial experience essential
