As an Enterprise Apps Experience Designer, you are passionate about designing transformative solutions and experiences by translating user needs into business value. We at PwC Experience Consulting work with sales, service, marketing, IT, and human capital management lines of businesses across industries to help clients unleash the full power of Salesforce and many other enterprise apps through a design-centric approach that delivers useful, usable, and desirable experiences.

User Experience - You analyze project requirements and create compelling interactions and unique user experiences through design, prototyping as well as storytelling.

Concepting - You consider how people interact with complex systems, software, or services and create visualization and flows with varying levels of detail to bring concepts to life. You communicate these ideas through storytelling and rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital In-App Prototyping.

Design Methods - You will work on multidisciplinary project teams to help clients solve complex problems in their Enterprise App environment to create breakthrough experiences, services, and products for employees and customers.

Quality - You ensure the quality of your work in line with customer requirements, but also like to question the latter from time to time in order to offer our customers the best possible solution. Furthermore, you document and communicate the interaction specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.

Dein Profil

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

You have 3+ years in-depth knowledge and experience in UX/UI and are willing to develop design-related disciplines in the CRM business context.

You have knowledge and experience with driving and applying user/customer-centered design processes and workshops while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams.

You are experienced using design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Marvel, Proto.io, Figma, etc.

You can quickly understand customer's processes and connect user/customer insights with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce CRM platform.

You are a creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate, inspire others and quickly learn & adapt to new situations

You are a team player with effective communication skills across a variety of audiences and situations

You are fluent in English and/or German.
