Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Sector Salesforce Administrator to join the Strategic Planning & Development team which is part of the sector’s Strategic Growth organization. The selected individual will be responsible for serving as the Sector Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce is the customer relationship and opportunity management tool adopted by Mission Systems as part of the enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative. Salesforce provides a complete picture of customer interactions and opportunities across the company to enable more timely decisions, bolstering competitiveness in strategic arenas.Primary responsibilities include serving as the Salesforce subject matter expert for Mission Systems, heading up the division Salesforce administrator community and being the primary liaison between sector and the Salesforce developers on day-to-day activities pertaining to the system. This role also functions as the primary Salesforce support resource for sector-level users of the tool to include license management and training.As the Sector Salesforce Administrator, you will also work toward bringing additional functionality to the tool, with the responsibility to interface with other functional areas and sectors as required with an emphasis on developing, reviewing and testing new functionality.Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience, or 14 years’ experience in lieu of a degree, or a Master's degree and 8 years in Business Development Operations or related field.
  • Participation in the implementation and adoption of Salesforce within Northrop Grumman or five years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator outside Northrop Grumman (applicants without this experience will not be considered)
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile Development
  • Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills in front of large, divers audiences
  • Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple priorities, and the ability to function independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data management and analysis skills with working knowledge of Tableau
  • Knowledge of and experience in Northrop Grumman Mission Systems business areas, including business models, structure and programs
  • Strong business acumen; ability to clearly communicate recommendations and analysis to senior level leadership


Salary Range: 108900 - 163300


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
