RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer.

Duties Include:
  • Salesforce Developer will be responsible for creating quality software applications
  • Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain)
  • Knowledgeable of, configures and/or develops systems to support initial implementations and subsequent process optimization efforts
  • Salesforce Developers work with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and quality
  • Provides support to business associates on systems use as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce developer experience; Has a thorough understanding of the database schemas used by our client's systems, the relationships between systems, and underlying data flows
  • Must have experience with database applications and specific experience with salesforce.com and product suite
  • Understanding and applying of Salesforce.com best practices, functionality, setup & configuration, and general architecture
  • Articulating and clearly communicating complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
  • Hands-on experience with Lighting Pages; Lighting Web Components, Aura-based Components, VisualForce pages, Apex development, Apex Rest APIs, SOQL
  • Understanding of Governor Limits and Bulkification
  • Demonstrating familiarity with Intermediate Salesforce Administration and Configuration (Hands on experience implementing workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders, working with metadata, APIs, etc.)
  • Utilizing Salesforce Technological Product Suites (Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of profiles and permission sets
  • Creating and demoing working proofs of concept for business requirements using out of the box features of Salesforce
  • Understanding third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and ability to document an end-to-end process in the whole
