Sharebite is an online food ordering platform with a social mission. Our platform is built exclusively for companies, allowing their employees to place meal orders with incredible restaurants while helping to address social injustice in our communities.

Our Mission

Sharebite's mission-driven culture is focused on alleviating a fundamental social injustice: childhood hunger. Food insecurity has ripple effects throughout communities and affects educational attainment, employment opportunity, incarceration rates, mental health, and more.

At Sharebite, we understand the power of food goes beyond nutrition - it's the cornerstone to healthy, vibrant communities. That's why we partner with City Harvest and Feeding America to combat childhood hunger directly. For every meal ordered through our platform, we donate a meal to children facing food-insecurity - at no additional cost to our customers or restaurant partners. Join our team and help feed your city!

As the Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be supporting the business as the primary administrator of Salesforce.com and its integrated third-party applications such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more. Salesforce is the central hub of all business information and powers virtually every team in our company. As a Jr. Admin, you will get broad insight and engagement across all business units and play an integral role in Sharebite's meteoric growth trajectory.

If you are someone who is passionate about learning technology, problem solving, good data quality, and helping others, then this is the role for you!

  • Provide day-to-day user support for requests and issues including managing permissions, creating and updating fields, troubleshooting errors, and building and maintaining reports

  • Work cross-functionally and with senior management to support new and existing business processes
  • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and user training
  • Assist in testing new functionality and scoping new feature requests
  • Support the implementation of Service Cloud, including admin setup, data migration and QA testing

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience, as a user or an administrator
  • Curious, resourceful, analytical self-learner with high attention to detail
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, or working towards one, preferred
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; working well under pressure
  • Excellent at time management and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience with Data Loader a plus

If you think you are able to handle the pressure and represent one of the fastest growing startups in the corporate food space, we'd love to talk with you!
