This position carries the responsibility of supporting multiple departments within the ServiceLink Auction business unit as well as collaboration with the Information Technology teams.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
  • Assist in managing the system on a day-to-day basis for system administrator level functions
  • Collaborate on system documentation
  • Participate in recommending, reviewing, and planning system enhancements

  • Knowledge of systems, queries, and integrations, especially Salesforce
  • Desire to participate as part of a team that relies on each other in order to achieve our goalsResponsibilities:
  • Maintains user roles, profiles, security and access settings including assignment rules and license types
  • Supports maintenance and improvement of data management, including record merging, updates
  • Keeps up to date on SalesForce products, sub-products, services and 3rd party tools (especially patches, hotfixes and releases)
  • Maintains ongoing relationship with the Salesforce support team
  • Ensures data integrity within the system
  • Develops customized reports and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and develop strong relationships with user groups to encourage system and process adoption.
  • Train new team members as necessary
  • Closely work with Development team for any Apex Code changes or any changes requiring integration
  • Code deployments to production, as part of the change management process
  • Creation and editing of various DocuSign, Email and other templates
  • Coordinating report and dashboard access and cleanup
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day system issues
  • Prioritizes backlog of requests
  • Configures and manages Salesforce instances
  • Create and execute test plans and scenarios and troubleshoot issues noted during testing.
  • Participation in User Acceptance Testing
  • Documents business processes and functional requirements and oversees the implementation of changes
  • Makes informed recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, and reporting
  • Supports definition and execution of Servicelink Auction’s roadmap for the Salesforce product to improve business value over time
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications:
  • 3+ years of previous experience managing a system of record for an organization
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience in the role of a system administrator; certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Digital Experience clouds
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
  • General understanding of database tables and relationships
  • Experience following a strict change management process and safe coding protocols
  • Effecitve communication with both operations and development personnel
  • Excellent word and excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Previous real estate auction experience a plus
