Your responsibilities

  • You own the Customer data management on our Salesforce platform and drive the data consolidation across surrounding systems
  • You generate a 360° view of the customer across Marketing, Sales and Service, and a basis for customer insights to enable data based decision making within an omnichannel interaction environment
  • You create, align and drive initiatives to realize the product vision together with central functions, like Omnichannel Marketing, Commercial Development or Customer Satisfaction Management, Business Units and Olympus’ EMEA subsidiaries
  • You provide transparency on progress of achieving the product vision, data quality, deviations from the target and derive and drive improvement actions and initiatives
  • You act as a business consultant with various stakeholders regarding the capabilities, specifications and integration possibilities of customer master data and transactional data under consideration of all relevant data security and privacy constraints
  • You derive data requirements and standards from business requirements
  • You serve as the interface to the data analytics team to enable transferring platform data into and analyzing them based on our data warehouse
  • You create, analyze and interpret reports and analysis, like in the context of customer satisfaction measuring
  • You create and provide input for the definition of master and transactional data management processes, procedures and lifecycle approaches, as well as training materials and you support the conduction of trainings
  • You are the central point of contact for other Product Owners and for key users in EMEA for all relevant questions regarding data maintenance, processes and dependencies
  • You challenge the status quo and identify optimization potential continuously, you understand innovations and derive future priorities and direction, all in close alignment with business, process and/or function owners

Your qualification

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in customer data management, preferably on the Salesforce platform
  • You have business end-2-end processes know-how, including Sales, Marketing, Service and Omnichannel
  • You possess knowledge about utilizing data management tools; SAP MDG is a plus
  • You have good business (process) knowledge with regards to data governance, maintenance and cleansing processes, preferably in the MedTech industry
  • You have the ability to transform and embed strategic business view into data requirements
  • You possess proven experiences in leading and managing data projects and cleansing initiatives in international environments
  • You have an understanding of data sensitivity levels in relation to GDPR
  • You have the ability to lead and connect with business and functional, regional and IT stakeholders
  • You have strong communication capabilities and are fluent in business English, both oral and written
  • You are an interdisciplinary team player, a decision maker and have a hands-on mentality
  • You have a high customer and result orientation
  • You possess the ability to work on several parallel workstreams
