Insight Global is looking for a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to work for a medical device company in Jacksonville, FL. The Salesforce Junior Administrator provides support for end-users, executes authorized changes in the application, applies authorized changes to policies and procedures, and assists with configuration and customization of the application under the direction of the SFDC Administration Team. The daily responsibilities include user management, permission management (profiles, roles, permission sets), Territory Management, assisting with system troubleshooting providing support for reports and dashboards, as well as submitting and managing support cases with Salesforce support and mass data manipulation using data import and upload tools.
Responsibilities Include:
Assists SFDC Administration Team with day-to-day system maintenance to include:
Create and maintain users (activate, deactivate, update)
Maintain user permissions (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.)
Update Territory Management via SFDC Territory Model to align with sales team changes
Troubleshoot frontline user and system issues
Log and track system problems through resolution
Submit and manage support cases with Salesforce Support
Mass data manipulation using Data Import Wizard and Data Loader tools
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Assists SFDC Administration Team with configuration/customization of the platform via:
Standard and custom objects
Standard and custom fields
Workflow rules and workflow actions
Assists SFDC Administration Team in SDLC
Participate in elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements
Backups of system data and metadata according to defined protocols
Initialization and deconstruction of authorized sandbox testing environments
Support QA team in testing SFDC seasonal releases and other updates
Test and document results in accordance with companys validation requirements
Use of change sets/migration tool to move functionality between environments
Participate in SDLC document creation including Deployment Plan and Technical Design
Salesforce Admin Certification (either pursuing it or obtained)
Experience with Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
2+ years of IT Support Experience for applications with 100+ users
Basic Salesforce knowledge (Creating users, effect users, create custom fields, basic security skills with permissions)
Strong writing skills Sending out email communication to the company
Exceptional customer service skills
Hard working, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
