Function responsibility:
Implementation of the CRM tools, including develop functionalities support, maintenance, follow up integration process between Salesforce and SAP as the ERP.
Action plan (Short Term):
- Development of reporting tools on Salesforce tool
- Guarantee support on integration of Salesforce tool with new ERP (SAP)
- Maintain good data in system
- Develop sales control functionalities at all levels of the organization
Profile:
Business degree
CRM Salesforce implementation experience (3 years), preferentially experience in ERP SAP
Relevant experience (3 years) with business at international level
IT (key-user level) skills and excellent communication capabilities
Windows office professional user
English and Spanish languages proficiency level. Portuguese and French business level a plus
Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally
