Job Description:

Accenture Technology – Salesforce Team is looking for a Business Analyst who will focus on implementing Salesforce.com based Field Service products with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients, the vendor team, and our internal delivery teams to understand their business objectives and requirements and transform them into effective solutions.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Typical Day Snapshot – Field Service Business Analyst
While we'd love to say that there's a typical day in the life of a consultant, we all know that every day will be different! Some of the day to day challenges of this role will include:
  • Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, provide estimates on work and determine the project scope.

  • Identify clients’ work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define needs and customize solutions using the Force.com platform.

  • Investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes.

  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to determine required resources and create realistic timelines.

  • Coordinate and execute client training.

  • Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, etc.

  • Contribute to the development of a strategic vision for product development and enhancement.

  • Become proficient in Field Service suite of products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of technical Business Analysis experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Field Service software or business practices.


Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud based Field Service solutions specific experience highly desired.

  • Experience in Salesforce.com implementations.

  • Prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, Service Power or ServiceMax.

  • Experience in a consulting organization.

  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.


As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
