CDI - TECH LEAD CRM - F/H - RIMOWA

Rimowa is looking for a TEACH LEAD CRM to join a fast-growing CRM IT team.

The TECH LEAD CRM will be directly reporting to the IT CRM Domain manager.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT

• Responsible to document, improve the CRM Architecture, Review business needs and translate them into technical requirements while keeping CRM architecture as simple and lean as possible
• Craft long-term solution to allow flawless scalability, growth, and high performance
• Technical solutions and development process implementation
• Design, develop integration interfaces
• Design and develop Salesforce data model when needed
• Collaborate with development team
• Release Management : ensure to follow CAB and change management process, prepare release train, communicate about changes with the project team
• Ensure project quality meets standards through impacts identification and testing plan
• Drafting of technical documentation

RUN

• Add new features, enhance existing ones, and fix issues on applications and architecture
• Continuous improvement of the existing code base
• Provide a first level of support and ensure the resolution of user incidents

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Certified Salesforce Developer (SFCC, SFMC, SFDC, SFSC) mandatory
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with different business systems and familiar with APIs (Mulesoft, Salesforce connector), web applications, databases, and system architecture
• Significant expertise in SQL, JIRA/Confluence

• Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
• Fluent in English
