Salesforce Administrator

As a key contributor you will play a significant role in driving the rapid growth of a leading FinTech while helping customers and empowering team members.

You

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, database, computer science or other technical field
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Salesforce Administration Certification or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and skills development via Trailblazer, etc.
  • Proven ability to understand business needs and design, create and implement Salesforce processes
  • Strong data management abilities, including deduplication and data hygiene
  • Experience with apps for Sales including mapping, email/calendar, compensation, telephony, campaigns, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. helpful

What youll do

  • Oversee administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Ability to help design, build, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions using the declarative customization capabilities of the Lightning Platform
  • Create, manage, and update data models, application security, business logic, and process automation
  • Mentor and train users and sales leaders as applicable
  • Provide user support for and assist with change management activities
