Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:
2 year(s) with a preference for at least 1 year of Salesforce.com experience

Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

Certification(s) Preferred:

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or proven record of success in understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including the following areas:
  • Implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations; and,
  • Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs.
Demonstrates some proven success and abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
  • System application implementations, software configurations or other related coding in the following CRM technological product suites;
  • Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications;
  • Software configuration, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding experience in Salesforce.com;
  • Utilizate PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; and,
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in business acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of organizations, including the following areas:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce.com solutions that provide customer defined business requirements;
  • Understand and provide configuration level support for Salesforce.com applications including report creation and mobile enablement;
  • Work in a team structure both as a contributor and as a work stream owner;
  • Display core Salesforce.com skills expected of an administrator level resource;
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide all necessary development, configuration and testing necessary to successfully complete; and,
  • Display attention to detail in executing and reviewing the work products to establish quality standards are achieved.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in using Salesforce.com to perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
  • Security configuration and administration including, user setup, profile maintenance and application configuration;
  • Report and dashboard development and maintenance;
  • Basic data import and export using Salesforce.com data loader and wizards;
  • Salesforce.com configuration and development, fields, objects, pages;
  • Experience with development of formulas and advanced formulas and object linking;
  • Utilizate PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project); and,
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
