Job Description

The position:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Salesforce administrator to be part of the global Animal Health Intelligence IT team. Your main responsibility will be to administer and maintain our Salesforce CRM instance. Our Salesforce instance (with Zuora CPQ) is used globally and we are introducing additional species to the platform and rolling out subscription products to our global user base. Salesforce is used by both internal sales teams and external customers.

Preferably experienced with agile development processes and methodologies. Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define one’s own tasks to support the ongoing platform enhancements. Flexible working hours to support global roll-out initiatives. You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

What will you do?

Your primary activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the team managing flows, creating and updating reports/dashboards, page layouts / dynamic layouts.

  • Edit and customise objects/fields/record types and validation rules.

  • Perform user and licence management activities. Responsible for CRM user management & maintenance.

  • Manage our Salesforce CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  • Support day to day operations, administration and continuous improvement.

  • Support the global roll-out of our Zuora CPQ platform.

  • Support the roll out of the Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Meet with internal stakeholders.

  • Work with internal and external Salesforce developers and architects.

  • Perform data cleansing and end-to-end testing.

Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED (Prefer Associates or Bachelors degree)

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certified (Prefer ADM201)

  • 2+ years of work experience building and maintaining applications with a Sales Force context.

  • 2 + years of work experience with Salesforce in a support capacity.

  • Experience with one of the following Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or Service Cloud(Field Service)

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

  • Proven ability to provide end-user support.
