Take a look at this UX Design opportunity with one of the largest providers of information technologies to businesses! This is a full time salaried position and is 100% remote for now and will plan to return to the office in a hybrid schedule.

As an UX Designer you will design, develop and maintain creative designs for this clients CRM System. In this role, you will translate ideas into frictionless experiences that communicates the brand while considering and applying technical and user needs into final UX designs.

Must have experience with Lightning Design Systems (LDS).

Make smart tradeoffs between rapid prototyping to test our hypotheses vs. longer-term design systems that will serve as a foundation for our best-in-class customer experience.

Partner with development teams to build experiences and review finished products throughout the development lifecycle, maintaining a high bar for design and execution

Concept, lead and participate in user-centered research with customers through focus groups, usage analysis, and rapid prototyping.

Negotiating design implementation with stakeholders to ensure decision-making is focused on delivering customer and business value.

Contribute to experience design and delivery through collaboration on research and usability testing activities.

User-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution.

Teaming collectively to achieve common objectives by sharing knowledge, suspending assumptions, and ‘thinking together’. You complement each other’s skills for group problem solving and learning.

Maintain continuous contact with all internal and external stakeholders through the project and after completion making sure features are delivered with high quality and on time.

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design

3 years of demonstrated experience creating and implementing UX design
