Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment services company (with more than 2,000 investment sales and financing professionals in 80+ offices nationwide and throughout Canada) is seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin located in our Calabasas Headquarters.

Qualification

    • Willingness to learn and grow; remain up to date on Salesforce's releases including new functionality and changes that may impact our systems.
    • Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and collaborate laterally and upwards.
    • Excellent time management and communication skills.
    • Experience using Jira or similar project management software preferred.
    • The ideal candidate will have a basic familiarity with Salesforce and/or a strong desire to learn all about the platform.
    • Experience with Data Loader, Data import wizard or similar.

Responsibilities

    • The primary responsibilities involve assisting with the ongoing maintenance of our existing Salesforce implementation, providing front-line support to users, and helping to refine processes and documentation.
    • Work with internal stakeholders on handling essential administrative functions, including user record maintenance, field and object creation/updates and other routine tasks.
    • Create and maintain basic workflow automation and assist with more technical automation requirements to include Flow, Process Builder and workflows.
    • Provide technical assistance for incoming user requests and issues.
    • Assist in documenting existing processes and workflows to strengthen institutional knowledge.
    • Work with the business to reconcile, maintain, and upload data to Salesforce.
    • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, de-duplication, and record merging.
    • Assist in designing and executing training for internal users.
    • Assist with Salesforce integrations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce.
    • Provide testing and QA support as needed.
