Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and support of the Salesforce environment. The Senior Salesforce Developer will work with all departments to elicit requirements and to identify opportunities for process improvements. The right candidate is a change agent with the ability to drive success - from ideation to execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of our Salesforce strategy.
• Prioritize Salesforce activities across the organization.
• Create scalable solutions for business problems and process improvements using Salesforce Technology.
• Identify areas of process improvements and build automated solutions to increase efficiency & productivity.
• Apply repeatable design patterns, best practices and development frameworks and techniques.
• Create and manage Salesforce Applications and workflows
• Executing solution design activities such as object modeling and data modeling/mapping, page layout design and rule logic definitions.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and business meetings effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management
• Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks
• Effective planning, prioritizing, goal-setting skills
• Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation.
• Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, Software engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Development role with cross functional experience, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Willingness to learn, listen and teach.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development in Salesforce Lightning
• Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant certifications a plus
