- Develop and maintain system configurations by collaborating with stakeholders and users.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Customer Service Management (CSM) technology-related projects, phases, and / or components of projects which include highly complex business rules and processes that directly impact the strategic business units’ goals and objectives, and responsible for the day-to-day end user support, training, and assisting users with best practices to improve system adoption and increase their knowledge of our Salesforce environment.
- Design, customize and implement complex business processes while maintaining the data integrity and security of multiple environments within the CRM/CSM (Salesforce) system.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead projects that include detailed technical information and processes and transform it into engaging and effective instruction
- Articulate presentation skills with the ability to present materials to stakeholders and training Colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM platform (currently Salesforce) with a detailed understanding of how the end user uses the system
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn various technology systems and work with SMEs to design instructional materials
- Experience absorbing information quickly and summarizing said information in an understandable format
- Creative thinker willing to think outside the box
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in PC Windows based software including Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations
