Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary:The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within the organization. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating to senior management as needed
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and deliverables meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate project meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
