About the Role
This role will be responsible for the management and maintenance of CRM database systems and marketing automation platforms. As a fluent user of Salesforce, you will have ownership of database administration, customer segregation, campaign delivery and analytics. You are competent in resolving configuration and program issues alongside have strong analysis and data interpretation skills.
About You
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- 5+ years of marketing experience including email-marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation.
- Advanced user of Salesforce Pardot, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience using integration apps Zapier and Leadsbridge or similar.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable approach, with a passion for technology and data.

- Consult with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives in response to a brief.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue and increase in ROI through data metrics.
- Segmentation of databases for effective campaign targeting.
- Create, configure and distribute various eDMs using modern campaign tools and platforms.
- Setup and configure schedule, trigger and autoresponder based email marketing activities.
- Monitoring data entry and content quality to maintain consistent data quality.
- Actively source relevant data and reports for management so that the business market position is known and relevant strategies can be developed.
- Track conversions and ROI for generated campaigns using advanced analytics analysis and data metrics.
