The Salesforce Administrator enables users to optimize Salesforce in turn for and the company to get the most out of the platform and its integrated software solutions. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the general management of the Salesforce platform and tasked with keeping the system up to date with new tools and requirements that are regularly implemented. This role is essential to creating a user-friendly platform to support our corporate and market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and customize Salesforce and related applications (e.g.; Conga, Formstack, DocuSign, DialPad, etc.) to promote business efficiencies.
  • Manage user roles, permission sets, licensing, configurations, integrations, reports, workflows and dashboards within Salesforce and related applications.
  • Perform database maintenance and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Manage data security and appropriate encryption with Salesforce Shield.
  • Works closely with the compliance and information technology teams to remain compliant with healthcare technology best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as primary resource for managing and responding to end user service requests related to Salesforce and related applications.
  • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials.
  • Continually evaluate opportunities to unlock capabilities and additional features within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams - Sales, Operations, Clinical, Finance, etc.
  • Provide technical support and manage integration projects with other platforms.
  • Maintain integrations with additional applications and platforms.
  • Create technology strategy roadmap for Salesforce and all related applications.
  • Evaluate new applications and platforms that could be added to the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Remain engaged with vendors and user communities and pursue related learning opportunities to remain current on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience administering Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certifications and training, preferred.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud and custom objects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Maps Advanced.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare technology best practices and standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of basic Salesforce Objects including- Leads, Account, Contacts, Person Accounts, Dashboards, Reports, Flow Automations, Custom Fields, Sandbox, Etc.
  • Strong customer service skills and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize work efforts.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage strategic priorities within a growing healthcare startup.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to triage tasks and shift priorities accordingly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Highly professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple daily tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
