What You’ll Be Doing
No day or week will look exactly the same, and you’ll be contributing to lots of exciting projects as our company grows. If this list excites you, this is probably the role for you!
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support various business units with a focus on consistent process improvement within our multi dimensional and mature salesforce instance
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, public groups, share settings, security and other administrative responsibilities
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Translate business requests into technical solutions within Salesforce. Scope, design, test and implement small change requests to large enhancements that span multiple functions
- Proactively collaborate with Business Applications and IT team members to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide subject matter expertise when working with stakeholders to identify prioritization, complexity, and implications of change, enhancements, or project requests
- Evaluate current Salesforce processes to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide Salesforce training and documentation as needed
- Other project work within Salesforce or other applications and systems as required
What You’ll Need:

You’ll definitely succeed if you have:
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration or Salesforce developer experience
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across the organization
- Hands-on experience with integrated applications and third party suppliers including Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, Demand Farm, ZoomInfo, Zoom VoIP, and/or Gong IO.
- A scrappy “boots on the ground” approach to problem solving while being solution focused
- An analytical disposition and like to drill down on what’s working, what’s not, and why
- Strong critical thinking skills and are able to prioritize effectively, make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, and set clear expectations with cross functional partners
- The ability to listen and understand stakeholder problems, needs, and issues
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What Would Set You Apart:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- Experience building a Salesforce instance from the ground up
- Experience working in a process like business and/or in the healthcare services industry
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- SQL query experience preferred
- DevOps/release management experience
