The Strategic Account Executive (Marketing Cloud) is the owner of the customer relationship, and we are looking for superstars to grow our team. We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of technology for social benefit by Europe’s largest educational institutions, both private and public, for profit or not-for-profit.
You will be energetically championing Salesforce's solutions, with a focus on Marketing Cloud, to high profile institutions and for the acquisition of new customers within these sophisticated organisations.

Marketing Cloud is a leading global digital marketing platform from Salesforce which includes tools for email marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing, online advertising, and marketing automation. Marketing Cloud enables organisations to build data driven, personalised, customer journeys across multiple channels. It uses one platform so businesses can provide a consistent, cohesive, customer experience across email, social, website, advertising and even in-store.

Responsibilities:
Development of a strategic sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover the account(s) within the assigned territory.
Run lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects.
Energetically prospect and generate new relationships within named accounts.
Consulting with and advising large, strategic Salesforce Customers resulting in increased adoption, success and Enterprise wide deployments.
Build a unified sales team using a variety of pre-sales resources, to expand our footprint within an account and demonstrate high impact value with our technology
Travel, as required, to prospects, customers or marketing events throughout Europe (30-50% travel).
Your qualifications:
Enterprise software solutions/SaaS sales experience and/or Digital Marketing background
Demonstrable track achievement against targets and metrics
Strong consultative selling experience, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement and solid prospecting skills
Extensive experience and proven track record in solution sales within the software industry to commercial customers.
Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills - comfortable with CxO level engagements.
Experience with driving strategy and a vision for the customer's future.
Able to work within a matrix model, both internally and externally.
A passion for non-profit and Education.
5+ years experience in Non-Profit or Public Sector is a plus
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, handle multiple challenging priorities, and work optimally under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
