The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a non-profit seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 2-3 years’ experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud to support our growing organization on a part-time, contract basis (ending in February 2022). The Salesforce Administrator will handle all CRM administrative functions, provide technical support/assistance to internal users, and lead all CRM training efforts, including system onboarding for new employees.
Responsibilities:
Handle all CRM administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, custom fields/objects, workflows, licenses, external apps/add-ons, and other routine tasks
Develop and enhance dashboards, visualizations, queries, and reports to serve operational and analytical data needs
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Lead all CRM training efforts including system onboarding for new employees and training on new functionality and features
Provide technical support/assistance to internal users
Support ad hoc data queries as well as quarterly and annual impact reporting
Review, analyze and prioritize system change requests
Develop internal training materials and user guides as necessary
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a Salesforce Administrator
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably with non-profit clients
Hands on experience with all administrative functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, reports, dashboarding, queues, installing apps, process builder, flows, and licenses strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Exceptional communication skills; ability to communicate complex or technical concepts succinctly and clearly to non-technical audience
Highly proficient in Excel; experience using advanced functions like macros, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Experience using both FormAssembly and Outbound Funds Module preferred
