What you will doJohnson Controls is looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery of service solutions across Johnson Controls building solutions businesses. Along a strong background in service industry, we expect you to have implemented solutions using Salesforce as well as solutions utilizing application technologies such as ServiceMax and/or Oracle Field Service Cloud.How you will do it
- Responsible for overall design and simplification of enterprise-wide IT portfolio for Install & Service functions
- Execute transparent IT processes throughout the solution lifecycle upholding agile development practices
- Responsible for managing and developing solution blueprint using cloud platforms such as ServiceMax, Salesforce Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service Cloud, ensuring quality of delivery from Managed Services
- Ensure solution design for service solutions are consistent and following defined standards while driving cost efficiency
- Strategically develop and execute solution roadmap that aligns to business strategy and measurably drives business KPIs
- Support demand planning efforts of business partner organization to provide high-level solution proposal and estimates
- Contribute to growing expertise within delivery team across other Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Business System Analysts and Management Services to deliver value to our stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in solution performance, reliability, compliance, and efficiency
- Ensure data governance methodologies are adhered to within our regulated environment
- Engage with SI partners and suppliers on solution proposals to provide cost and timeline plan for the solutions to be implemented
- Facilitate technical delivery with Managed Services
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Business System Analysts and PMO Program Managers in delivery of Install & Service Roadmap
- Support Solution Operations Leader to improve reliability and efficiency
- Apply leading edge knowledge to drive strategic direction of the business functions in partnership with senior leaders
- Demonstrate exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the service industry, service business domain/function
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing solutions using Salesforce
- Experience delivering solutions utilizing application technologies such as ServiceMax and/or Oracle Field Service Cloud
- Experience delivering solutions leveraging integration technologies such as MuleSoft and/or Oracle Integration Cloud
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred:
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
- Experience managing internal and external resources
- Experience implementing solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud application technologies such as Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud Service and Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service)
- Speaking proficiency in any of the European languages (German, French, Spanish)
