Your Role and Responsibilities

Co-ordinate internal and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage the governance processes, business change and continuous planning.
Maintain project performance across scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Maintain and develop project plans, budgets, project structure and staffing requirements.
Co-ordinate with client and client 3rd party vendors.
Support value metrics and benefit realisation tracking

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

5+ years project management experience
2+ agile project delivery experience
2+ years Salesforce delivery experience
Project management of 10+ FTE & circa £500K budgets
Stakeholder management
Financial and budgetary management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style by audience
Project management or agile certification

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Consultancy experience
Salesforce certified x2
Large-scale global implementations involving complex integrations.
Multi-Cloud implementation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Project management experience
specifically in Salesforce Large-scale implementations involving complex integrations.
PMing a Salesforce project is a mandatory requirement.

Languages required: English
