JOB SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Dev/Admin will work as part of the skilled and passionate Able Aerospace Services BizGen, Customer Service, and Marketing Teams delivering business solutions that enable the global sales, support, and marketing teams. The position’s primary role will be to leverage Salesforce to solve business problems through database design and automation tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement software design patterns; Implement SF data models, Lightning and Apex solutions for the team.
- Work with ETL and data models and Salesforce products like (Einstein Bots, Einstein Analytics, Customer 360, Lightning Components, etc.)
- Knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions including user maintenance (guest, portal, authenticated), governance, generation of reports and dashboards, and process automation using Salesforce tools (process builder, workflow, approval processes, validation rules)
- Work on project teams to enhance existing Salesforce functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience.
- Automate business processes using the Salesforce UI, which requires little to no code.
- Build applications on the Salesforce platform using database design best practices and automation tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business objectives.
- Work as a team to create data integrations with other systems.
- Improve data quality within Salesforce by running reports to ensure data accuracy and building best practices.
- Develop best practices and train employees on those practices.
- Collaborate with different business and technical teams throughout the organization.
- Document business processes through process mapping.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and work with the leader to determine priorities.
- Work in-person in Mesa, Arizona with minimum travel for conferences or project rollouts.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required in:
- Management Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Engineer
- Other related technical field
- Platform Developer 1 Certifications Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Certified Developer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions including user maintenance (guest, portal, authenticated), governance, generation of reports and dashboards, and process automation using Salesforce tools (process builder, workflow, approval processes, validation rules)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Understanding of relational databases and using SQL to create complex data sets
- Ability to identify relevant information and explain technical information to a broad audience
