We are currently seeking our future CRM Campaigns Coordinator to join our dynamic CRM Campaigns and Operations team!
Within the CRM Campaigns and Operations Team you will manage the coordination of all campaigns related projects, being a strong support for the Campaign Developers in charge of implementing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and for brands, and giving visibility to involved teams on topics advancements. You will be supported by an intern.
How you will contribute
Support to brands on brief elaboration, completion and sharing
Help brands in building campaigns briefs and bring all the support needed in content management
Collect all necessary requirements to help each campaign developer having all materials to implement campaigns
Advise the brands on best way to formulate their brief to best serve each campaign objective
Make sure the brief is clearly understood by each Campaign Developer and highlight all points of attention (campaigns orchestration, personalization…)
Follow-up projects from end-to-end and give visibility to the teams involved
Campaign report compiling and best practice sharing
Produce relevant documents to gather results and highlight quick wins/ways to fine tune our campaigns:
Ensure the Campaigns Catalog updates
Make sure that each campaign is well documented
Gather all relevant results
Propose campaign enhancements
Who you are
2-4 years of experience in CRM Project management, coordination
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details is a must
Able to be translate business needs in tech requirements
Strong knowledge or experience in luxury markets, ecommerce or retail sector
Expertise on Campaign Management principles
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
Strong business acumen & results oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
Italian spoken is a plus
