Job Description :
- Bachelors' degree (or commensurate experience)
- Salesforce certification(s)
- 4+ years of professional Business Analyst experience
- Past BA work in driving Salesforce requirements and documentation, preferably as the Lead.
- Understanding of Salesforce declarative / customization capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.
