Job Description
Primary Objective:
Implements changes to Salesforce (SFDC) as needed. Provides end user support and training on the use of SFDC including reporting and dashboards as well as the use of bolt-on products within SFDC.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Acts as the primary SFDC administrator for end-user support. Manages all issues to conclusion.
- Responsible for understanding the data structure and data content within SFDC for extraction, analysis, and compilation of this information into reports or dashboards as requested by management including training of end users to be self-sufficient in these areas. Develops automated techniques to extract information and other records within system for reporting purposes.
- Responsible for SFDC system documentation, knowledge articles, procedures and system backups.
- Responsible for identifying needed improvements to SFDC processes or functionality and working with SFDC team to implement ongoing improvements which may involve interfacing with external vendors, consultants and system integrators.
- Responsible for testing new or modified functionality in test environments.
- Project Management - Actively manage assigned projects to ensure implementation of project plans. Define the scope and metrics for new projects. Manage the workflow and communication among team members and report on project status serving as the primary contact person.
- Manages data clean-up audits and procedures and handles mass updates of data as requested, including account, contact and opportunity ownership changes as sales assignments change.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CRM Experience: 3 years relevant experience
SFDC Integration Experience: Implemented Basic third-party AppExchange Apps (Conga, Internet Creations, Outlook)
Certifications: SFDC Administrator Certification
Travel: Expected travel averaging 5-10%, domestic and international
Preferred Qualifications:
CRM Experience: Advanced knowledge of Case Management, User Profile Maintenance, Workflows and Field/Object Creation.
