We are looking for a CRM content manager to join our Marketing Team.

Your next missions :

CRM operations

> Building and operating CRM campaigns to improve activation, engagement and retention, for all our BtoC products (carsharing, rental services, parking, …) and all markets (EUR + US)

> Reporting and continuous improvement

> You manage our channels: email / in-app / push notif / SMS

CRM masterplanning

> You coordinate communication plans in collaboration with the local teams and with marketing and growth teams

> Closely with our Product team, you propose, test and measure efficiency of our offers

CRM Content strategy

> You will define our content strategy for CRM communication: the structure, the visual identity, the content hierarchy

> You ensure that all content put out by is consistent in terms of quality, style, tone of voice

> You manage functionally design team for CRM campaigns

> You set high value contents (infographics, surveys, whitepapers) to improve the conversion rates

Competitive intelligence

> Benchmarks competitors and best-in class digital companies

> Provide guidance on daily business and support short and long-term projects by coming up with new ideas to further improve the channel.

Expected skills:

• Creative, Energetic, engaged, committed, results-oriented attitude, you are a challenger driven by numbers and innovation
  
• You have the ability to work in rapidly evolving organizations, uncertain and under-built environments, with different profiles and constraints originating from other teams and departments.
  
• You are creative and have excellent written communication skills
  
• You are methodical and resourceful and constantly looking to learn and explore new practices
  
• You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience in Marketing Analytics is a plus.
  
• You have at least 3/4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up or scale-up that develops a consumer mobile app.
  
• Knowing Salesforce or other CRM tools
  
• Fluent in English is compulsory
  
• French is a +
