OBJECTIVE
To work with the Salesforce, Business, and Information Technology (IT) teams to meet corporate objectives to maximize efficiencies and streamline business processes using Salesforce configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Salesforce business configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, groups, queues, security and permissions, workflows and validation rules, flow, custom objects, and fields.
Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and opportunities for process improvements. Import and export data using Data Loader.
Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
Work closely with key stakeholders to map business processes, gather and validate business needs, and translate business needs into functional Salesforce requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum three years of business analyst, operations, product development or other related experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Salesforce Administrator Certification required or obtained within six months of hire.
Preferred: Experience with Lightning, Communities, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud preferred. Strong requirements gathering skills and creation of user stories preferred. Experience with Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics preferred. Experience with Guidewire Policy Center preferred. Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementations preferred. Experience with DevOps processes for quality software delivery preferred. Knowledge of property/casualty and life/annuity products supported by Farm Bureau Insurance is preferred.
