Circa’s Sr. Salesforce Administrator owns the administration and growing use of Salesforce.com as a business-critical central SaaS platform. You will work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet our CRM objectives, providing technical expertise in recommending and implementing scalable design for Salesforce and integrated solutions. You’ll execute on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
About You
You are analytical, with a desire to understand core issues and solution. You’re a strong communicator, a quick learner, and a builder – capable of building or self-learning custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, etc. You’re familiar with working in an Agile or SCRUM environment and conducting thorough needs analysis and identify solutions with your diverse technical background.
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, and 4+ years of Salesforce.com administration, customization, and/or development experience. You’re Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified, and possibly have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Developer certifications as well. You hopefully have experience with integration marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua) as well as third-party add-ons like CPQ and SalesLoft.
About the Position
You will be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 60+ users. You’ll handle all basic administrative functions including suer account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, etc. You’ll work to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes, optimizing individual and team performance. You’ll champion data governance, driving consistent and proper handling of data across the business, establishing high standards of excellence for business-critical processes and systems.
You will distinguish user requests from the underlying needs - decomposing high level info into details, abstracting up low-level info to general understanding. You’ll assess the impact of new requirements on salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

  • We use and Agile approach to build iteratively and continuously improve.
  • Our core systems are Microsoft-based while our enterprise application platform unites Salesforce CPQ with Sage Intacct along with a host of other cloud-based tools.
Day in the Life
  • Administer Salesforce org of more than 100 users
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
  • Manage enhancement backlog, help roadmap future investment
  • Work directly with leaders from other departments to understand their needs and help craft scalable solutions to their problems
  • Mentor other administrators on the team
