RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Vancouver, WA.

Summary:
Our fast-growing team is looking for an Salesforce.com (SFDC) Business Analyst to contribute to our efforts supporting and building our commissions systems. Our team supports and develops the tools to facilitate Sales and Finance operations including SFDC, Commissions Calculation tools, ERP, etc. This critical role in our group will be responsible for providing excellent support working directly with FP&A stakeholders while analyzing and developing the middle layer between the data warehouse and our commissions system through the business process of bringing quality upstream data in an automated fashion into commissions system. The successful candidate is analytical, a Sales and Compensation business process expert and possesses a strong passion for developing integrations to compensation systems like Xactly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Business Analyst will oversee monthly commissions calculation process and data flows in conjunction with commission analysts to track to payroll processing deadlines
  • Support our commission analysts with technical support in SFDC, Xactly, and in other data management tools between the two systems
  • Work with Xactly and BI developers to create/distribute monthly attainment reporting to Finance, HR, and Sales Ops partners
  • Organize and drive business process re-engineering initiatives, conduct discovery discussions/sessions/workshops, which includes the facilitation and solution presentations
  • Interpret technical and business strategy and enterprise application roadmaps
  • As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will participate and guide stakeholders through user acceptance test planning and execution
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education
  • 5+ years of experience with SFDC is required with a focus on Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Contracts, Campaigns, Quotes, and integrations with tools such as LeadSpace, LeanData, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) and Sales Compensation Systems
  • Excellent understanding of Lead to Cash business processes
  • Expertise in business process modelling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes); Knowledge of prototyping solutions in Salesforce and iterating with business teams
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with data migration, data cleansing, data integrity * An excellent understanding of SFDC's capabilities and limitations; Ability to clearly communicate those to customers as a trusted technology partner
and governance

Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in Salesforce.com, Project Management (PMP), Agile/Scrum
  • Methodologies (SAFe), Business Analysis (CBAP) are a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with Zuora, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or other
  • Enterprise business systems highly recommended
  • Possess strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful
  • Understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, SQL
  • SFDC Communities, 3rd Party App Integration (AppExchange)
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
