About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the Salesforce roadmap, supporting integrations across our technology stack and the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our entire Salesforce instance. Working closely with sales leadership, sales representatives, product, and other cross-functional departments, the Senior SalesforceAdministrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role will be essential in identifying and accurately tracking key performance indicators.

What you’ll do:
Support our sales and operations teams by enabling & supporting business processes using Salesforce and other third-party tools
Responsible for the management and timely execution of the Salesforce roadmap
Design, build, and test scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce
Focus data within Salesforce to accurately report sales forecasts, sales trends, opportunities, wins/losses, competitive activities in the market
Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to serve operational and analytical data needs
Receive, validate, and respond to requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate (includes following change management protocols by collaborating with stakeholders to effectively communicate changes made)
Enable and support cross-functional synergies through automation and flow optimizations
Assist with training efforts including system onboarding for new employees and training on new functionality and features
Develop a documentation strategy to create, publish, and maintain technical architecture documentation

The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:
Must be certified as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for existing business challenges and opportunities
You have a knack for organization and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience with Salesloft, HubSpot or an ATS a plus
Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills with success creating and documenting business requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Knowledgeable of sales methodologies and consultative selling, preferably with an e-commerce or SaaS-based company is preferred
